Stanley Consulting, operating from the City of Toronto, acknowledges we are on traditional territory of many nations including Mississaugas of the Credit, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, Wendat peoples, and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. Stanley Consulting also acknowledges that the land we operate on is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
Stanley Consulting is grateful for the opportunity to live, work, and play on this beautiful land we are lucky to call home. We acknowledge many errors of the past and embrace our collective responsibility to foster respectful relationships with custodians of the land, based on trust, understanding, and continued learning. We are grateful to the First Peoples for their enduring stewardship of these lands for thousands of years before us.
At Stanley Consulting, we apply systems thinking to the work we do and services we provide. Our commitment to operating with a high standard of ethics compels us to consider our impact beyond the individuals we work with, the employers we serve, the communities we operate in, and to wider society as we understand that our decisions and actions can have a ripple effect.
We especially consider and make intentions to support the ongoing success and thriving of vulnerable and protected members of society, as denoted by human rights standards in Canada. We aim to be proactive in fostering psychologically safe working relationships and invite good faith discussions regarding how we can best work together, whether through informal or formal accommodations and working arrangements.
We continually seek further education and aim for greater levels of awareness of how we can support the highest Good of All as we carry out our work and deliver our services.
