Jennifer will partner with you to assess, align and future-proof your People strategy that will grow, scale and mature with you towards longer-term organizational objectives. These are generally 6-12 month engagements depending on the scope of HR infrastructure implementation and organizational change.

With project management training, Jennifer will partner with leaders for organizational change projects ranging from systems and software implementations, policy launches, and more. Projects range 6-12 months, depending on the scope and breadth of organizational changes.
