A buoyant, uplifting energy
Jennifer's coaching delivers a personalized approach to best serve the client, group or the team. In every Coaching engagement with Jennifer is an underlying supportive, safe space, with a buoyant, uplifting energy and playfulness. From here, each client, group or team is challenged to become aware of and activate towards the greatest version of themselves and their team functioning, taking action towards their personal, team or organizational goals.

Jennifer is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and is The Team Coach (TTC) Certified
Engagements are recommended at a minimum of 3 months or 5-6 sessions for maximal effectiveness, with option to extend based on the nature of goals involved.
This type of coaching will often have specific outcomes or objectives in mind, which are generally stated before Coaching begins and kept close during each coaching session.
Success is easily measured with this type of coaching because there are a clear, observable end results, like getting a new job or achieving a fitness goal.
A structured, facilitated process where a coach works with about 5-10 individuals sharing common personal or professional goals.
Individuals come together to leverage adult learning (andragogy) best practices and mature needs such as collaboration, peer learning, application- and solutions-focused curriculum.
Successful Group Coaching interventions are typically 3-6 months, biweekly or monthly cadence.
Engagements are about establishing and maintaining healthy conditions, mindset, and behaviours to support sustainable high performance. It is recommended to start with a 3 month, or 5-6 session Agreement.
For those in high pressure roles, with too many meetings and scarcely time for lunch, regular Coaching provides a much needed pause and safe space to think, re-center, and prioritize.
This type of coaching enables you to operate from a higher perspective, more consciously and strategically.
Defined by the ICF as a professional, structured, and ongoing partnership with a team to improve its collective performance, collaboration, and dynamics, aiming to achieve shared goals and sustainable results.
These are best conducted as a minimum of 6 month engagement, up to 10 members, who meet monthly for 90 minutes, and leverage individual coaching in tandem.
It is ongoing, iterative and reflective practice of the team strengthening psychological safety and driving greater performance.
